Delivery and Returns
Delivery to the UK mainland is free. We use the Royal Mail Tracked 24® service. We charge £15.00 for delivery to European Union countries. DHL Express will deliver items in the EU. If you would like us to ship your order to a country outside the UK or EU, please contact us at email@example.com
If you need goods delivered outside of the UK, you might have to pay additional import duties and taxes when the shipment reaches your country. The charges vary from country to country so we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
PLACING AN ORDER
Orders placed after 12:00pm Monday-Friday, over the weekend or on a UK Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. We will give you an estimated delivery date, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that delivery will happen on that day.
Your goods will be delivered to the address you provided when you placed the order. Please take care when you enter it as the delivery address can be different to the billing address you give us.
The goods will be delivered to you or anyone you have told us is authorised to take delivery on your behalf. Please check the goods when you get them and let us know as soon as possible if they are faulty, damaged or not as described.
If you place and order and then change your mind and decide you want to cancel it, please notify us immediately. We will accept a cancellation any time before we send a confirmation email to you. You can notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on +44(0) 203 773 4454 between 9am-5.30pm on weekdays. Please explain that you want to cancel your order and give us your order reference number, name, address, and description of the goods you ordered.
Once your goods have been dispatched we will not be able to cancel your order. You will need to follow the Returns policy below.
We hope you are delighted with your order, but if you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 14 days of receiving them.
When returning goods (mainland UK only) please contact email@example.com with your order number and we will provide you with a Royal Mail returns label. If you are returning goods from EU countries and the rest of the world you will need to pay for the return yourself. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the returns address.
Please ensure the returned goods are in saleable condition: unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. We may reject the Return if this is not the case.
We will notify you by email once we have received the goods and approved the refund. You should be reimbursed soon after you receive the email but it can take up to five working days. The money will be refunded based on your original payment method.
At Bumpkyn we understand that the fit of clothing is very important. So we will exchange an item for a different size free of charge. We reserve the right to limit exchanges to one per order. Let us know that you want to exchange an item by emailing us at email@example.com or calling us on +44(0) 203 773 4454 (9am-5.30pm on weekdays). We will need your order reference number, name, address and telephone number. We will then send you a Royal Mail returns label by email. When we receive the item back at Bumpkyn we will send the new size to you.
In the rare event that your order is damaged or has a manufacturing fault we can offer an exchange or full refund including cost of shipping. For more information please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note Bumpkyn London does not refund duties and taxes.
Bumpkyn Gift Cards are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable.
